- Product must be returned in their original, unused condition. They must have no signs of wear or damage, and must be returned in the original packaging, including any attached tags.
- A copy of your original invoice/receipt must be included with the returned item.
- Items bought on final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We are happy to facilitate an exchange for a different size, subject to availability. To start with you have to notify us within 5 days of delivery of your product by contacting our customer support.
- Exchanges due to size change or preference (not our error), the customer must bear the two-way shipping cost (sending the original item back and shipping the new item to you). Keeping in mind upon delivery of the product is found to be damaged it be courired back to you on your expense.
- To start the return process, you have to notify us within 3 days of delivery your of your product by contacting our customer support. We can only entertain a return if you have received the damaged or wrong article from our end.
- In case you have received a wrong or damaged article from our end, we will get your article picked and will bear the courier charges
As a Cash on Delivery (COD) business, we do NOT offer cash refunds at the time of delivery.
- Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the Khussa back to our address.
- Refund Amount: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Khussa, you will be eligible for a refund of the product price only. The original shipping/COD charges are non-refundable.
- Refund Method: All refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 7 to 10 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected. We will contact you for your account details once the return is approved.
- Rejection: If the returned Khussa is found to be worn, damaged, or missing its original packaging, the return will be rejected. The item will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
